Cabinet-maker and veneerer, he has been nominated expert during the Winckelsen inheritance in 1871, while he was out of business. He got a good mention in 1849 and at the ‘Exposition Universelle’ of 1855, when he sent furnitures in Boulle style, with bronzes, rosewood marquetry pieces and furnitures imitating the Florentine mosaics.
