Exceptional and rare semi-circular console forming a planter with a rich inlaid decoration on a maple background, sycamore lattice work and rosettes. The middle is centred on a bas-relief of Putti in gilded bronze depicting the Arts. Rich decoration of engraved and gilded bronze with matt gold and burnished gold, such as openwork patterns, rose branches and oak leaves with knotted ribbons and rings. It rests on four baluster feet with copper flutes joined by an X-shaped strut centred on a vase with gilt bronze handles.
Metal planter poignets on the interior.
