Pair of Art Nouveau style Satyr and Nymph candelabra

Pair of large bust candelabras representing a Satyr and Nymph in matt silvered and burnished patinated bronze finely engraved in the Art Nouveau style.
The figures carry at arm’s length a cornucopia with nine spiralled arms of light on three levels with motifs of foliage, flowers and acanthus leaves. They are finished with drip pans and binets.
Their bodies in the lower part form a spiral horn dressed in vine leaves for one and oak leaves for the other.
Scalloped base with an openwork cut and adorned with flowers and foliage on the plinth.

French work from the end of the 19th century circa 1890-1900. Art Nouveau.

Expected to have been edited by Paul-Henri Ledentu, sculptor and editor of Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux and Albert Carrier-Belleuse.
